Hi! My name is Luis David, and I was born in Madrid, the city I love. Since I was a child, I have always been interested in learning more about the Spanish capital, because I think that the history and the art of our city are amazing! Do you know those places that you have known all your life but you never get bored of them? That's what happens to all madrileños with the Retiro Park. I was born in Madrid, and I have visited this park since I was a child. However, I still feel delighted with the beauty of the Retiro and it still has a special place in my heart. Every time I have a day off I like strolling through the Retiro Park. It is the perfect place where to have a rest or to meet my friends. From my point of view, this is the most beautiful park in Madrid. Almost 300 acres of a historical garden, created in the XVIIth Century by the king Philippe IV. Fountains, monuments, palaces… and the lake, are some of the main tourist attractions in the capital of Spain. We will have 2 hours to explore the most interesting parts of this park and its history. If you love nature and parks, you will love the Retiro Tour!
