I will tell you some interesting anecdotes about Madrid, but also you will learn about the historical side, so, if you like culture, you will love this tour! We will meet at Puerta del Sol (or, if you prefer it, we could meet at your hotel / apartment if it is at the city centre), and after the introduction, we will explore the most stunning places of my city. David met us at our hotel and was punctual. He delivered a great walking tour and was both enthusiastic, polite and provided great information. David was great at answering questions along the way and pointing out little details that a normal person would miss.

David is an excellent tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and had a gentle disposition about him that made asking any questions very easy. We walked nearly 3 hours and at every moment he had interesting information about each place we were passing. We both appreciated the way he would repeat key information about the timeline and rulers so that we could appreciate and understand the places we were visiting. He took several great photos along the way and gave lots of great travel tips about Madrid. At the end of the tour he even helped us get the correct metro cards and saved us the hassle of taking a local train inadvertently when Apple Maps gave us bad information that would have cost us a lot of time. He's a great guide and we both felt lucky to have had him accompany us throughout old Madrid.

Brilliant launch pad for understanding Madrid - this was our first time and we hadn't done nearly enough homework before our arrival. No matter.
