Our experience with Thabelo was easy and wonderful from start to finish. He was quick to respond and always helpful during the booking process and prior to the tour. Not only that, but he was willing to go the extra mile and held on to our luggage and drop us off at the airport. Our day with Thabelo was truly one of the most meaningful experience of our time in Johannesburg, South Africa. We toured Constitution Hill, the Apartheid Museum, and Soweto. Having Thabelo as our guide brought each place to life in a way we never could have experienced on our own. Thabelo is incredibly knowledgeable, thoughtful, and genuinely kind. He even set up guides at the museum, so he could stay with the car due to our luggage. He also paid some people to watch the car and luggage at spots to show and teach us about certain areas. His deep understanding of South Africa’s history, combined with his personal insights from growing up here made this a deeply moving and unforgettable experience. He answered every question thoroughly, shared so much meaningful context, and never made us feel rushed. By the end of the day, we felt like we had not only seen these historic places, but understood them on a deeper level. We feel so fortunate to have found Thabelo, and we cannot imagine experiencing Johannesburg any other way. If you are considering a tour in Johannesburg, we highly recommend Thabelo.
