I am in the tourism business since 1997 when I contributed to one of the main projects promoting Romania as a cultural tourist destination. Since 2004, I am running CT&T which provides private and tailor made cultural tours in Romania for individuals and for small groups as well. My expertise in the organization of cultural tours (private guided tours) has been acknowledged by tourists from all over the world and authors of widely read guidebooks like the Lonely Planet, Fodor's, Frommers, Routard, Michelin or Bucharest in Your Pocket. I'm ready to meet all your demands that address heritage tourism in Romania and to adjust my programs to reach the highest levels of customer satisfaction. I provide quality services, proven by the reviews and letters of many satisfied visitors who fell in love with Romania after coming on tours I have helped organize. Come as a tourist, leave as a friend! Romanian Ministry of Tourism License # 3303 Tour Guide License #5307

Before reaching the Black Sea, the Danube river splits into two, and then in three branches, to create a unique and somehow exotic landscape, the Delta, the place is starting our story. The Black Sea waves repel the sediments brought by the old "Danubius" from far away and deposit this rich earth at the mouth of the river, and this is how, along time, the youngest land in Europe came into being a realm of reed and a safe refuge for many rare species of birds, fishes and animals. Half-distance between the Equator and the North Pole is an area of highest bio-diversity with insects, birds, and fishes and a crossroads for migratory birds. A unique ecosystem included on the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Traditional cuisine based on fish products/ Fish lunch/ Fish dinner is a must-do. I welcome you to enjoy this fabulous land!
Day 1: - Pick you up from your hotel in Bucharest and drive (4h) to Dobrudja, crossing the Danube River at Giurgeni-Vadui Oii - Stop to the museum of the Danube Delta in Tulcea will be o good introduction to the history of the place. - We accommodate and have dinner at a nice hotel/pension on the banks of the Danube river, at Mahmudia. Day 2: - Explore the wildlife (flora and fauna) in the Delta through the water channels, on a motorboat. Make sure you have a good protection for the sun, wind and mosquitoes along the trip. - Lunch based on fish products like fish borsch or fish with garlic dressing, fish meat balls with the finest wines of the region, can be an unforgettable delight. - The way back to Bucharest you will enjoy driving through the low hills of Dobrudja and a beautiful sunset. The tour can be tailormade to fit your preferences
