Join me to understand the Essential of Transylvania, the best and most popular tourist attractions, its history, culture and gastronomy. Old towns, castles, fortresses, the most charming villages and scenic drives are part of this tour in Transylvania. Our trip focus on so called Classic Triangle of Transylvania, the area of Brasov - Sighisoara - Sibiu. These are the best three old towns and in their surroundings we have an important number of castles, fortresses, the famous Saxon fortified churches, beautiful villages, etc. The area has great landscapes over the Carpathians mountains and the spectacular hills and woods. The tour is an excellent choice if you plan a pre cruise or post cruise excursion in Transylvania. 3 nights hotel on your own choice in Brasov. Your Bucharest tour itinerary
Day 1. BUCHAREST - BRAN - BRASOV In the morning (9. 00 AM) I'll meet and pick you from your hotel / address in Bucharest Today we'll visit Bran castle, one of the most famous castles in Transylvania and we'll have a walking tour in of the Brasov Historic Center. Overnight in Brasov on your own. Day 2. BRASOV - PREJMER - VISCRI - RUPEA - SIGHISOARA - BRASOV Depart from Brasov to explore the Saxon heritages from the area: Prejmer Fortified Church (UNESCO), Viscri village and Fortified Church (UNESCO), Rupea fortress and the medieval town of Sighisoara (UNESCO). Overnight in Brasov on your own. Day 3. BRASOV - SIBIU - SIBIEL - BRASOV In the morning we'll visit the medieval town of Sibiu, the oldest medieval city from Transylvania. Next we'll have a rural experience in a picturesque mountain village and a home-made traditional lunch. Optional::horse driven wagon trip. Overnight in Brasov on your own Day 4. BRASOV - SINAIA - BUCHAREST Visit Peles castle, royal residence. End the day in Bucharest-2. 00 PM
