WHY ME ? My friendly Hollywood accent, European dad jokes, my singing, energetic personality, famous Romanian myths and stories at your service. I'm specialized in organising corporate events, family trips and discovering hidden places around Romania outside the beaten path. I can sing in English, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese and Romanian (of course). :) WHAT I BELIEVE ? Travelling through Europe, Asia and South America taught me that a direct contact with the local people, local cuisine and the places locals normally go to it's a must. Of course we're going to talk about everything and I will answer all of your questions because it's my pleasure to get to know your opinions/curiosities and to help you understand Romania. WHAT IS MY GOAL ? To make you experience an excellent holiday and tell you Romania's story in its complexity, with the ups and downs, the old and new, music, religions, ethnic diversity and all the major events that shaped the country. WHAT CAN WE DO FOR YOUR BEST EXPERIENCE ? Tell me what would you want to see and I can make an itinerary suited to your needs and schedule. If you're into golf, keep in mind that Romania has the 2nd longest PAR6 in the World. Mud volcanos ? Yes, we have those Mars-like landscapes. Roman baths, fortified citadels, gigantic salt mines, extraordinary landscapes and incredible energies. . . At the end of many tours I really enjoy to hear the best description possible: "we never expected it to be this great". Transylvania is definitely the place to discover, while Bucharest is the place to party and start/finish a tour (especially if after that your Danube cruise starts). If you like to see the main attractions in Bucharest, it's normally a 2h drive (after 20:00 o'clock or in the weekends) or a 4-5h walk around tour. Besides that, The Palace of the Parliament (the heavyest building in the World), The Village Museum, The Old City Center and The Communist Era Tour are interesting enough to worth spend some extra time in the capital. IF YOU WERE WONDERING. . . The majority of my tours are custom made - people want to see or do something in particular. So. . . ASK ME ANYTHING about any topic and we can set up the best (and most efficient) Romanian experience possible. My personal suggestion is that if you have 5 days in Romania don't spend more than 2 nights in Bucharest. . . We have a wonderful country with the Danube Delta and the Carpathian Mountains being the most appealing in terms of landscapes and wildlife, Transylvania has the best medieval heritage and Moldova (NE Romania) has its fair share of wonderful old monasteries and wineries. Also, if you look for perfect landscapes or interesting experiences (sheephearding, horseriding, mountaineering, isolated communities, etc. ) ask me. All that's left is for you to just tell me what do you want to see, feel and experience. This Romanian adventure needs to shift your travel energies into the right direction and trust me I will help you with all I can. I'm very glad you chose Romania for your next trip ! PS: don't be afraid of the "land of Dracula" - I'll keep you safe from any evil spirits, brown bears or a boring traffic. :) Certified tour and mountain guide by the Department of Tourism (badge no. 11.423) Certified sound therapy healer Certified in Basic Life Support Certified trainer for company events Driver's license for motorcycle and small vehicles/vans Certified industrial climber Engineering College degree from UPB We can take a break whenever you want if you need to smoke or a bathroom break. :) I enjoy children travellers, so they won't get bored or anything. I have enough stories to tell...

I was born in Bucharest during Communism and I grew up in a Communist neighborhood, but if you want to see the essence of Bucharest you must get a good taste of the Old City Center. This is the best place to lounge at a terrace during the friendly seasons, but also to get in contact with Bucharest's numerous mysteries. It's no wonder Bucharest was nicknamed "Small Paris" with so many influences from the French capital brought here by the youngsters studying there in the 1800s. Small ancient churches crammed between old houses, pedestrian streets and historical buildings are all around, so better get your camera ready. I will make this a complete tour of the most important places and recommendations for meals or traditional shops.
- The University Square (1989's Romanian Revolution epicenter). - The Russian Church. - The National Bank - The Vilacrosse Passage, going through! - The Victoriei Blvd - Lipscani Street (the backbone of the Old City Center). - The old Royal Courtyard. - Manuc's Inn - The CEC Building. - The Holocaust Monument - The Cismigiu Gardens (the oldest public garden in Bucharest). For other sites you have in mind, let me know and I will send you a customized tour.
