Uncover the fascinating evolution of Panama City — from its colonial beginnings to the vibrant capital it is today. And when I say beginnings, I'm not talking about Panama alone. We'll actually be exploring the first Spanish settlement on the Pacific Coast of the America's. I'll also take you to Panama City's Old Quarter (Casco Antiguo), a beautifully restored district that was founded in 1673 after the attack from pirate Henry Morgan. It tells a story of resilience through its cobblestone streets, colourful buildings & colonial landmarks. Growing up, I used to visit Casco with my family on Sunday afternoons. I still remember eating raspao in Plaza de Francia while listening to street musicians. My grandfather’s bookstore stood in Plaza Catedral until 1986 — a place that holds deep meaning for my family. Every time I walk those streets, I feel the same warmth and connection to my roots. Discover the stories, flavours, and soul of Panama — where history and modern life meet in every corner!
-After we’ve gathered, our first stop will be the ancient ruins of Panamá Viejo, which date back to 1519. -We’ll proceed to climb the Cathedral Tower to admire panoramic views of the skyline and bay. -Afterwards, we'll visit the Panamá Viejo Museum, home to artifacts that tell the story of the city’s early days and the attack of pirate Henry Morgan in 1671. -We'll later explore the artisan market nearby, filled with handmade crafts and local souvenirs. -We'll then continue to the Old Quarter (Casco Antiguo), where we'll visit the Metropolitan Cathedral in Plaza Catedral. -Next, we'll step inside San José Church, which is famous for its Golden Altar. -Following this, we'll stop at Plaza de Francia for stunning ocean views. -Afterwards, we'll pass by the National Theatre and the Presidential Palace (Palacio de las Garzas). -We'll end the day your way — either visiting the Interoceanic Canal Museum, taking photos at the Panamá sign, or relaxing at a rooftop café overlooking the bay before drop-off.

I suggest we meet at the Felix B. Maduro entrance of the Multiplaza Mall, which is nearby a Fridays venue. Otherwise I could also pick you up from your hotel.
