We had never been to Panama before and this tour was exactly what we wanted to see - the different areas of this beautiful city. Michelle was a wonderful guide. She knows the history of the city and country and she certainly knows how to drive in busy traffic. Michelle offered suggestions and was always attentive to our needs and preferences. She asked if we wanted to have lunch in a Panamanian restaurant - no pressure. Yes, we did and lunch was delicious. Afterwards, we continued our drive through the city towards the Amadour Causeway. It was a terrific day to start our visit in Panama City. It gave us a good lay of the land. I want to add that Michelle went the extra mile for us even after our tour ended. I had concerns about a couple of tours I had booked with a different tour company during the rest of our stay, one of them being a Panama Canal Tour. Michelle, through her contacts in the tourist industry, checked to make sure my booking was legit and that our names were on the list with the Port Authority for that day's tour departures. Michelle kept in touch with me on WhatsApp. She didn't have to do that but she did and it gave me much reassurance in a foreign country. Thank you, Michelle !

Michele is a very knowledgeable tour guide, and we were pleasantly surprised how much we learned and how much we enjoyed the time in Old Panama. If you have a real interest in the history of the Americas, it is definitely worth a visit. Since it was getting quite warm/humid and we had already walked around Casco Viejo previously, we decided to forgo that part of the tour. Instead, we drove through several neighborhoods and enjoyed the views.

Great tour. Michele took great care of us. We traveled the city from old to new with a very comfortable pace, stopping where appropriate to take photos at good viewing spots. Our ship docked earlier than anticipated and she accommodated an earlier starting time to try to avoid the heat. We were done at the old city and on our way out when waves of cruise shore excursions arrived. Thankful we were with Michele.

Wonderful day with Michelle, especially visiting one of her favorite local restaurants. throughput the day, she was knowledgeable, cheerful, and able to navigate the traffic which is rather is daunting. Learned a lot, saw a lot, and came away quite happy.

Michelle was friendly and informative! Our tour of Panama was fantastic. We'll definitely be back.
