Have you ever walked in a city and thought ''if only those walls could speak. . ?" Let me make them speak for you and bring history back to life: the funny, the tragic, the mundane. The old medieval glory that Lithuanians are so proud of and the World War II as my grandmother remembers it. I'll bring you up to speed on the latest developments and current situation as well. But we won't be following some route in a guidebook; we'll enter hidden places that many locals have never been to and reach the famous sights through backyards and hidden corners. At the end of the tour you'll be well informed on the country, the city & best places to eat and drink.

Ugne was a fabulous tour guide and made the tour a real joy. We have a daughter her age which reminds us of her, a very articulate individual full of energy and fun to be around. We did 2 tours with her rolled into one, Private Vilnius With a Local and The other side of Vilnius. Sure glad we did the other side of Vilnius to give us the whole understanding of the city. Ugna was great with the history of Vilnius and truly connected us to the people. She was very gracious in accommodating us because someone else canceled us the day before. We enjoyed her company so much we took her to dinner afterwards. Would certainly recommend her to anyone seeking a tour in Vilnius and to our friends. This tour is an absolute MUST when visiting Vilnius. Ugne (aka Fire) was an enthusiastic guide and incredibly knowledgeable. I honestly don't know how she was able to rattle off the many detailed facts/dates/stories without any notes. She was a font of knowledge! I would highly recommend her.
