Half day walking and driving tour
Overview of your Vilnius tour
During this walking + driving tour I will show you the most important historical and memorial sights of the Jewish people of Vilnius and tell you about the history of local Jewish community which started in Vilnius in medieval times. We will explore the picturesque old town, the former Ghetto areas, will see the Jewish cemeteries and other related sights. Then we will depart by car to the Paneriai forest to visit the memorial for the victims of genocide. After that we will visit the Jewish museum (the museum is closed on Saturdays) and if you like I can drop you to our hotel.
