My name is Erika. I was born and raised in Vilnius. Since childhood being interested in architecture, arts and history I find this city my constant inspiration. It is breath taking and full of secrets. However, Vilnius' beauty is not striking but unfolds step by step only for those who are able to open their harts and minds in anticipation of something unusual and astonishing. Working as a professional guide since 2005 I'm so pleased to share my knowledge and passion about my beloved Vilnius and Lithuania. I help my travelers to fall in love to this city by unveiling its treasures, well-know and unknown facts, stories and jokes. Come and see it yourself! My most beloved part of the city is its Old Town. There are so many treasures and different layers of information hidden here! On my tours I love to show essential Vilnius highlights in order to get impression about the city but at the same time I try to show less known but not less interesting places or tell local stories one would not find in any guidebook. At the same time I can easily tailor my tour according to travelers wishes and requests. - Lithuanian language and literature in Vilnius University. - The International Business School at Vilnius University. - Guide courses by Tourist Information Center (by finishing it I was issued a guide license). - Various courses in advanced guide training and art history. None

Welcome to the capital of Lithuania! Being a street art lover, I will be happy to show you the informal side of Vilnius, as the street art can lead out of the beaten tracks and conventional art museums. I believe that this is one of the best ways to learn about the current life of the city. This type of art not only decorates walls but often holds urgent messages to the society. I have been guiding since 2005 and I would love to share my knowledge about the development of the Street Art in Vilnius. Let me show you the most impressive works of local and foreign artists and tell plenty of stories about the artist and their work!
During the tour we are going to explore the old town, walking these streets and sites: - Pylimo str. - Streets of the former Jewish Ghetto (the art project - Walls that remember). - Arkliu and Odminiu streets. - A few streets in fantastic art Mecca - Uzupis (which is known as the Republic of Artists). Note: Depending on your interests and where you stay the tour can be tailored accordingly and we might visit some other streets. In addition, we can visit an Open Gallery (former factory territory). Only in this site there are about 50 works! Please contact me for more details. I promise you a lot of interesting facts and stories, unseen corners and fun time!
