Enjoy a Sicilian home made meal prepared just for you by your personal cook. Our Chef is an experienced cook who loves her job and is passionate to share this passion with guests. Sit in a very comfort zone, that' s your apartment or house or villa and look at the preparation of your great delicious meal. Your personal Chef will come in your house with basic equipments to cook for you the best traditional Sicilian dinner you can ever taste. A choice of very good Sicilian wines, white and red ones is part of the deal! You will have some information about food and wines and about culinary Sicilian tradition by the Chef, while she works on your lunch or dinner. The meal is based on local and seasonal ingredients, from market to table, and it is made of four courses, from appetizer to dessert: but all strictly Sicilian! You can choose between a fish or beef or veg menu, also gluten free if you inform us in advance.
Your Palermo tour itinerary
No itinerary for you because the I will come using my personal car to your location. I will arrive 2 o 3 hours before lunch or dinner with all the ingredients I need to prepare the meal. The meal is based onn3 or 4 courses of the typical sicilian cuisine or more genaral, up to your preferences. In the menu the wines can be included or not, according to the request. During the preparation of the meal, guests can look at me cooking and baking. I can pair with food very good sicilian wines, I am expert of local good wines and best wineries. I can go far from Palermo for unless 200 km driving.
