I would like to present myself as an expert of Itineraries in Florence and Tuscany. Florence is my base town, but I have lived for a long time in Siena Province, Chianti and San Gimignano. Certainly I have expertise in every corner of Tuscany. I offer and enjoy also giving tours in other destinations in Central Italy Liguria, Emilia, Umbria and Rome. My university formation is in the Fine arts and history. I am a licensed tour guide, tour manager and tour agent. I have followed several other courses in languages, wine production and Italian food. My professional experiences were for long time in art galleries. As a child, I traveled a lot with my family, as student I liked the idea of being an expert and knowledgeable tour guide. My passion for art, history, outdoor living, landscapes, cuisine made this possible in my mature age. That is how I started in 2009 my experience as a tour guide. I worked as free lance for several local companies based in Florence. Since 2016 I am promoting my services on this Platform ToursByLocals. I have no words to explain how great experience it has been since than. As of today, I prefer giving guided tours in the museums of Florence. But, I am passionate of exploring surroundings, towns, villages or trails off the beaten paths. My regular tours are result of experience . They are well balanced in order to provide to you the most relevant information and awake positive impressions and sensations. I am ready to listen and to shape the choice of the schedules, itineraries, the pace or the stops in a common agreement, when reasonably convenient and possible. TUSCAN GEMS We'll drive a scenic road to Siena. 1 hour will give us the time to introduce the general knowledge of Tuscany. Walking tour of 1 hour in the town center. Will stop , at several spots . The main square Il Campo, an impressive shell form square, scenic setting dominated by the Government building of Siena and its Bell Tower. The Gaia Fountain. We will than walk up 10 min to the Cathedral of Siena. I suggest to see the interiors. Some free time for shopping. We will than proceed towards San Gimignano. We will spend an hour browsing the ancient town and looking for the best photo snaps. If you ask for more time for lunch and wine it is btw PM 1:30 and 3:00. We will than drive to Pisa. We will be on time to enjoy the visit to one of the seven miracles of the world. My guided visit of 40 min is included. Visit inside of the Cathedral. Climbing the Tower is an option only if requested 7 d bef. dynamic , motivated participants, ready to fill the day with loads of emotions, pictures and stories.
What a great tour to be able to visit all 3 "Tuscan Gems" in one outing. Sinisa knew so much about all three places - Sienna, San Gimignano and Pisa - as well as all of Tuscany. He was able to give us some great Tuscan photo ops and showed us how to "hold up" the leaning tower in a picture. He directed us to good food and shopping. It was a great trip.
We were 4 friends on a journey. Our hearts were full of adventure but we didn't know how to begin. But what we did have was Sinisha! He had the keys to Tuscany that unlocked all its secrets and treasures. Sinisha's passion for Italy was only surpassed by the plethora of historical knowledge his mind holds. 1 - Starts in Florence AM 7:30 or 7:45. 2 - Siena walking tour for 2 hours max till 11:30. 3 - Free time for shopping. 4 - Lunch on the way to San Gimignano. 5 - Walking tour in the historical center of the medieval town of San Gimignano. 6 - After PM 3:20 departure to Pisa, drive and stops for the photos. 7 - Around PM 5:00 arrival. Pisa Cathedral and Leaning Tower. 8 - PM 6:30 leaving Pisa. PM 8:00 return to the hotel. And I can always customise this tour just for you! Please ask me for a quote.
