I was born in Northern Italy by a Florentine mother and a Mantuan father, so I grew up within these two wonderful cultures: school and friends in Mantua, holidays and extended family in Florence. When it came to pick up college I followed my heart and choose Florence, because I felt this is where I belong to. After college I lived in Austria and Germany, then I came back and attended professional schools to become a cooking instructor.
