My first time to Florence was in July -92 and it just felt right. I loved everything I saw and all the people I met so six months later I was living in Firenze and I have never had any regrets. Florence is my hometown and I live in the busy area of San Lorenzo. I have been working as a licensed tour guide in Florence since 2004 and in Siena since 2008. I consider myself very lucky because being a tour guide is not just a job. It is a lifestyle! One of the best things in my job is that every day is different and that I have the privilege to meet people from all parts of the world. I believe that a good tour guide has to love people and be willing to interact and share experiences. If I had to describe myself in three words they would be positive, outgoing and dynamic. My idea about giving tours is that they have to be more than just pleasant and informative. I think it is equally important to have fun without being superficial and to deliver an experience. I want you to fall in love with Florence and Tuscany like I did in 1992 and make you want to come back over and over again. I hope to see you soon! Ciao ciao Bachelor Degree in History. University of Stockholm. 1992 Licensed Tour Guide in Florence since 2004 Licensed Tour Guide in Siena since 2008 Member of the Association of Official Tour Guides in Florence, AGT I am not a driver but I can arrange for a car and driver.

Let's enjoy a private full-day tour to two of the most charming Medieval towns in Tuscany, San Gimignano and Siena, and a beautiful ride through the Tuscan landscape! San Gimignano is sometimes called Tuscany's Manhattan. Let me show you the hidden backstreets of this peaceful town, the incredible views, where to find the best gelato and where to purchase unique souvenirs. After lunch we head on to Siena. A town where the Palio (the 2 horse races/year) is still today the event of the year. I will take you through the different neighbourhoods (contrade) showing you how it is to live in a Medieval town and tell you all about the horse races. We will visit the Cathedral area and of course one of the most beautiful squares in the world, Il Campo, where the horse races take place, and where we will have a chance to just chill out.
Full-day tour (9 hours) with our private driver. Please do not hesitate to come up with your requests! - San Gimignano (50 minutes from Florence). 2-hour stop in this small town visiting the view points, the main square Piazza della Cisterna and Piazza del Duomo with the Collegiata (outside). Time to relax or to do some shopping. - 45-minute ride to Siena. Here we visit the Basilica of San Domenico, the main square Il Campo and the Cathedral area. - Back at the hotel around 7pm. The streets in San Gimignano and Siena are steep. I suggest you to wear comfortable shoes.
