Ciao! I'm Lunella and I live in Tuscany. My name means 'little moon' and it's a fantasy name. The first important civilization of Tuscany was the Etruscan civilization! I'm sure to be Etruscan too!! I'm a left-hand writer like the Etruscans were and I like to enjoy myself like they did. If I look back, all my ancestors were from this land, I feel part of Tuscany and for me, it's the most beautiful place in the world! I studied in Florence "school for tourism" and later I went to England to learn English. I start to work in the tourism as a tour leader in 1991 and I've been travelling all over the world since then. At the end of the 90's I finally started working in my city that I love very much. I will be glad to offer walking tours and visits to museums and churches, as well as the experience of the best Italian combination: craft goods, wine and food tasting. Discovering in just one day, the best of Pisa and Florence! The Piazzas and churches, the towers and the baptisteries. The tour includes the transportation up to 8 people in a private minivan. In Pisa, we'll do a photo stop of about 1 hour to get pictures of the leaning tower by Piazza dei Miracoli First stop in Florence will be Michelangelo Square, the best point of view! From there you can admire the best panorama of the city. Then, you will have a guided walking Tour of Florence. Both cities are amazing! I feel I am very lucky to be able to share the beauty of Pisa and Florence with hundreds of visitors a year in these fantastic places. Lunella was a wonderful guide for our Florence and Pisa day! She helped us organize all the sites we wished to visit, had a great recommendation for leather shop and took us to a lunch spot that ended up being our favorite meal during our entire 10 day trip. Clean, comfortable and cool van was perfect for our group of 6.
Our group had several tours with Toursbylocals and Lunella was absolutely the best. She was very friendly and knowledgeable of both Florence and Pisa, she shared so much information with us. By the end of our tour Lunella was part of our family! We highly recommend her! When we go back to Italy we will definitely book with her again.
