Florence Private Visit with Local Guide of Palazzo Pitti Gallery and Boboli Gardens

This private tour offers you the chance to discover Florence most important residence palace of the Medici, called Pitti Palace and the great historical park behind it: the Boboli Gardens. I will meet you in front of the Pitti Palace, to start with the history of the largest palace in Florence, then we will access the huge courtyard and enter the astonishing gallery, with hundreds of painting hanging covering entirely the walls. I will describe you briefly, or deeply, according to your desires, the most important, like the masterpieces of artists such as Raphael, Titian, Caravaggio, Rubens, Van Dyck, in halls enriched by stucco and frescoes. There will be the chance to stop for a cup of espresso, a drink, or a gelato exactly as Italians do. In the second part of the visit we will explore the park, enjoying the views, the fountains and the avenues in an oasis of peace, there, we may walk more or less, depending on your will, maybe visiting also another park. All will be at the pace that better suites you

-The tour will give you the opportunity to see and learn about Piazza de' Pitti, that is the square in front of the Pitti Palace. -We will admire the huge facade, so that I will tell you how the palace was built. -We will learn about the style of the courtyard. -We will visit the Galleria Palatina, focusing on some of the best paintings of the most famous artists. -We will access the Boboli Gardens, enjoying a nice walk to see the best spots, like view points and fountains. -If you wish, we can also access another park, the Giardino Bardini.
