Florence Highlights Private Walking Tour with Local Guide, including Uffizi and Accademia

WOW! What a wonderful person to experience Florence with. He is very knowledgeable of the city and very knowledgeable of the area and of the galleries. Our walk through the city was amazing. And very relaxed. He lives in the city and was able to show us and tell us about the city from his "local" point of view at the level that we wanted to hear. Beyond the amazing experience, he is a wonderful man. He always has a smile and many people in the city said good morning to him and spoke very highly of him. I highly recommend him for any tour of the city. He is friendly, open, easy to talk with and work with. ... well worth any price!

We thought Michele was very informative concerning the history of the various buildings, including the architecture of Florence. He also took us for a guided tour of both the Uffizi and Galleria dell’Accademia and pointed out the top paintings and sculptures at each museum. Michele spent a lot of time at the Accademia with the sculpture of David explaining in detail the sculpture and details in the paintings and other symbolisms we would have never understood without his explanation. He never rushed us and was able to accommodate our group’s diverse athletic abilities. He also recommended an outstanding lunch place and gelato shop. We highly recommend booking a tour with Michele.
