This a guided tour into the beautiful countryside outside Florence. We will enjoy authentic wine tasting in local well established family run cellars to get known the secrets of making various types of wine. This tour will also get you to small villages full of history, old parish churches with great works of art to admire. Any season has a special look, around Spring and Summer we can admire fields full of blooming sunflowers , so inspirational together with so many other breathtaking views from the Tuscan hills of Chianti. Then we have the autumn season with its special foliage colours, but also the time of 'vendemmia' the Italian grape harvestmen of the most fascinating experiences you can enjoy in Tuscany. It is a special way to learn about the local wine and food traditions, but also about the local culture.
I will be guiding and assisting you all day long revealing secrets of this amazing region. Together with your private driver I will pick you up at your hotel, ready to travel towards the Southern area of Florence. We will visit very historical churches and monasteries, so to admire centuries-old frescos paintings, well restored architecture and beautiful gardens . Then our first break for some lovely wine and food with local people that will host you to share knowledge about this heritage to taste. Our driver will stop whenever we fancy to get the best pictures of this Unesco heritage site with unique landscapes with centuries-old olive groves , vineyards, cypresses and lot of other Tuscany vegetation . We will reach two other small villages around Castellina and Panzano for other wine tasting , delicious food and breathtaking hilly views.
