I really like to share my passion for traditions, local products and food with my guests and to give them an explosion of emotions they will remember when they go home. During the low season I follow lessons, lectures and courses to improve my own skills and I like to travel to see new countries and to visit museums and art exhibitions. I am a very active person and my hobbies are walking in the mountains and running. I find these activities a way to relax my mind but sometimes I also enjoy laying on the sofa and reading a book.
