My name is Renzo and I am a licensed English speaking tour leader with 15 years of experience on tour guiding, in Italy and abroad. I live in Milan, but my heart and my soul remain in Como, my birthplace. A full day tour that starts in the city centre of Como for an overview of the medieval old town, with the gothic Cathedral, piazza Cavour and via Vitani. We will board on a touristic boat for a 2 hours 30 minutes cruise from Como to Bellagio: the boat is the best point of view to enjoy the bautiful views of mountains, pictoresque vilages, elegant villas and stunning gardens. In Bellagio we will have enough time for lunch and a stroll around the so called "pearl of Lake Como". In the afternoon, we will get back to Como by a speed boat.
Lorenzo Belford was a wealth of knowledge, bringing Bellagio and Lake Como to life. His enthusiasm and professionalism made our tour memorable and exciting. Renzo gave us a great tour of Como, Lake Como and Bellagio. Renzo is from the Como area so was a wealth of knowledge. The ferry ride went past many spectacular villas that Renzo gave us the history of including those owned by famous people. He explained the history of the area and was very knowledgeable on the amazing gardens and landscaping. Renzo even helped us get our tickets straightened out for the train back to Milan. It was a fun, memorable tour.

My group and I loved our tour with Renzo. He is very knowledgeable about the Lake Como area and the history of the region. We covered a lot of territory on our 9 hour tour of the lake and in Bellagio, Varenna and Como. He also pointed out many interesting cultural sights on the ferry cruise as well as some connected to Hollywood. We loved Renzo and our tour!
