I have been a professional tour guide since the year 2000. I love my job and my beautiful island and I try to share this passion. I originally come from the blue Zone (Baunei), then I moved to the capital where I live. My goal is to make you discover the beauty, culture, traditions and peculiarities of Sardinia. I love travelling, but I think Sardinia is unique, a little continent in the Mediterranean Sea. I work with individuals, small and large groups of travellers in English and Italian. I offer a wide selection of customized tours, shore excursions, daily tours from the capital Cagliari and tours of Sardinia (small and large groups). Certified Tour Guide in Sardinia, licence n. 135 Degree in Foreign Languages and Literature, Cagliari University , 1998 107/110 Driving Licence AG9259905 None.

This tour is the one you will love, if you like nature, history, and local life! In Nebida, a must in SW Sardinia, enjoy the stunning view over the old mines and the Pan di Zucchero, "sugar loaf", an amazing white rock that contrasts with the blue of the sea. In the nearby town of Carbonia visit with me the most important mine of the area, Serbariu. You will see how miner's life was hard, you will walk in the mining galleries, you will feel moved by stepping back to the time when coal was extracted. An emotional experience for you, and touching for me as well, as my grandpa was a miner. Ajò! (come on!)
• Drive to Carbonia an hour and 20 minutes, passing along the Cixerri plain and its orchards, olive crops and vineyards. We reach the Coal Mine in Carbonia. It will be a very emotional and touching visit. Remember to wear comfortable shoes, as we're going to walk along the mining galleries. The visit lasts one hour and then, we're having a short visit at the museum of the of the miners' memories. With a short drive we arrive in Nebida, we're doing a panoramic walk (30 minutes) along the promontory to see the view over the Pan di Zucchero and the old mines. Do not forget to bring your camera with you, the view is amazing! Then we drive back to Cagliari (one hour approximately) passing along the lagoon, so we can stop to see the pink flamingoes and take pictures.
