I was born in a farming village in southern Sardinia. I am a tourist guide and archaeologist specialized in Prehistory of Sardinia. My father passed down to me the passion for archaeology and for my land. I decided to work as a guide because I enjoy working with people and I like to share my passion for Sardinia. I have been working as a guide since 2010 and I know the Sardinian island very well, not only from an archaeological but also cultural and naturalistic point of view. I avoid places that are too touristy and crowded. I like to learn about and understand other cultures, that's why I visited several countries in the world and I lived in England and Spain. I love working with small and/or private groups because it allows me to create more professional, yet personal and down-to-earth relationships with clients. The CAR I use for my excursions is 5 SEATS car is a NEW DACIA DUSTER 2026: is a spacious SUV equipped with every comfort. It's a full hybrid, environmentally friendly and in keeping with my always eco-sustainable tours. For more then 4 people I can arrange a minivan. I'm also registered as a official driver with a KB driving license to be able to accompany clients in complete safety. Each excursion is different and stands out from the others because those who travel with me are an active part and make their own contribution to each experience, with their own character and personality. Working with people who visit Sardinia is a continuous exchange of knowledge, experiences and life! What I like and don't like. I like: dogs, because they love you unconditionally; hiking, because hikers are used to saying hello even if they don't know each other; nuraghi, because inside them I feel at home ; Sardinian ravioli: culurgiones, because they are very good!In general I love nature, forests and uncrowded places! I do not like: the city traffic; to spend Sunday in front of the TV. I do not work with large groups, but only as a private guide or for very small groups, because I believe it is important to empathize with the travelers I meet. My tour with Laura was one of the highlights of my trip to Sardegna. She took me on an adventure through the beautiful landscape of Sardegna where she showed me the Nuraghe of Barumini, the Sacred Well of Santa Cristina, and the giant tomb, Sa Domu ‘e S’Orcu. While the Nuraghe steals the show, Laura makes each site worth visiting with her passion for the archaeology and history of Sardegna. I feel enriched by this experience.
What can I say that hasn't been said already. We spent 2 days with Laura. She is amazing. Her enthusiasm, knowledge, attentiveness, professionalism is unmatched. My wife was having knee problems and Laura went out of her way to make sure our walking was minimal. I now know that 2 days is not enough to see this lovely island paradise. We can't wait to book another visit with Laura. There is so much to see and experience. Finally let me say we loved our time with Laura. Every min.

- Leaving Cagliari, after about an hour and 15 minutes, we will start our archaeological journey from the morning with a guided tour of the picturesque village of San Salvatore (30 minutes). - After visiting the site we will move to the beautiful Sinis Peninsula to visit the Church of San Giovanni di Sinis, one of the oldest in Sardinia and the ancient city of Tharros, whereyou will find more than two thousand years of history. The ruins of the ancient city, founded in the 8th century BC and abandoned in the 11th century AD. -The tour can be customized: instead of visiting San Salvatore, you can visit the Archaeological Museum of Cabras, home to the mysterious and magnificent statues of the Giants of Monte Prama. Dating back 3,000 years, they are linked to a Mediterranean mythology that, according to some theories, influenced the tales of Greek sailors and perhaps even inspired the Homeric epics, the Iliad and the Odyssey, like the legendary episode of the Laestrygonians.
