I have a detailed knowledge of the history, geography and culture of the city and its environment. I am a fully badged Irish Tourist Board (Failte Ireland) approved Tour Guide, a National Tourist Guide. I have years of experience as a hillwalking leader in and around the city and the Dublin and Wicklow mountains (including the Wicklow Way). I have been guiding in various forms in Dublin and its environs for many years simply because I love it. I have completed every state course available in tour guiding but having worked in every nook and cranny of this city and coutry for a lifetime I feel that my passion for it will speak volumes for my ability to portray it to you in private tours. October 2012 I successfully completed a Certificate Course in Tour Guiding with Failte Ireland, The Irish Tourist Board. In July 2013 I successfully completed a National Tourist Guide Badge Course with Failte Ireland. I have a taxi licence (SPSV) and a D1 minibus licence to carry up to 16 people. Fully insured Tour Operator. Commencing May 2015 I am licenced to drive up to 16 people in a small to medium vehicle up to a minibus. Tours in English only.

This private driving tour is intended to be made to fit the specific requirements of visitors who wish to see as much of the Ireland's culture, Its spectacular scenery, its incredible history, magnificent cathedrals and castles and principal visitor sites like The Ring of Kerry, Cliffs of Moher, Dingle, Connemara and the Giants Causeway, as they can in a multi day driving tour. As a native Dubliner I can add a comprehensive panoramic tour of the city! I have spent the last 60 years travelling the length and breadth of this land and I have enjoyed hiking, cycling and driving every hidden part of it. My knowledge of Ireland is unsurpassed and to top that I have completed a government approved national tour guide badge which adds a vast amount of the history and geology as well. I believe that any tourists arriving in Ireland and that are looking for a unique experience of this beautiful country should look no further than Sean Patrick tours.
