Overview of your Pune tour
My Grandfather has written History and Geography books for school children. I have visited many forts and caves along with him. It was fun, 5-6 of us following him to see the places. Everytime I enjoy the view around . Sometimes monkeys follow us ! We drive down 59 km to Bhaja caves. The ancient vibes and small rooms really give me chills. It's quiet, serene place. Far away we can see Visapur fort , Lohgad, Tung fort .

Prabitha is a most caring and knowledgable guide. She kept me interested on the drive to the caves with historical facts in such an entertaining way. She was so considerate and really gave me the confidence to do this outing - if I had done this on my own it would have been far less enjoyable. She helped me navigate the crowds and considered my preferences at all times. And then she was so knowledgable about the area, giving me lots of ideas of where to go and where to eat. And then she took me for the most amazing coffee on the way back. I cannot recommend this experience more highly. The driver was also very friendly and prompt.

The caves face west At Bhaje caves we climb 100 steps and see Buddhist caves. Then we proceed to Lonavala 16 km away from Bhaja.It's a hill station surrounded by green valley.The Sahyadri ranges of the western Ghats is famous for its sheer cliff drops and breathtaking views especially during monsoon.Tiger's Point , Lion's point ,Rajmachi view point,Waterfalls refresh your mind.
