There were around 300 forts in Swaraj/his kingdom.
Your Pune tour itinerary
I will pick you from your hotel to start the tour. First we travel for 45 minutes to Bhaja caves. Enjoy the view as we climb 100 steps to reach the caves. It takes 25 minutes. We appreciate the caves for 1hour. Then we drive for 15 minutes to base of Lohagad . . . . strong fort. We have to treak to reach the top of the Fort and explore it . Shivaji Maharaj , Maharashtra's greastest warrior king, had kept wealth looted in Surat. If you wish, you can relish Indian meal in any restaurant. On our way back , one keeps on wondering how strong, healthy those people must have been. Then I drop you off to your hotel. This tour can be customised upon request.
