I had a good private tour of Kolkata with Bratati. The airport pickup was seamless, she gave me a good historic context of the main sites we visited, she was kind enough to also treat me to tea and some local snacks and was flexible when I requested that she take me to a shop to buy a souvenir. The tour was a good way to pass time during my long layover in Kolkata and I would recommend Bratati.
