We had a terrific time with Silvia. She is an excellent guide. She showed us lovely sights in Dresden, especially the museums we wanted to see, and explained everything in a way that was very interesting and taught us a lot. She picked excellent items and places to show us and made it fun and easy. She was very nice and accommodated our wishes cheerfully and gracefully. I wish we had more time with her and would try to tour with her again if we go back!
Silvia was superb, one of our very best guides from much travel. She has a deep and profound knowledge of Dresden and Saxony. In fact, she comes across as a very friendly historian. In addition, she has a terrific personality with a delightful sense of humor. She was most patient with our questions. Anyone lucky enough to have Silvia as a guide will have a wonderful experience.

Fantastic tour of the Old Masters Picture Gallery and the Green Vault. Silvia made sure that I saw the very best of the painting, explaining the art historical significance, as well as the historical context, of the art. She really knows her way around the museums, which is a must if your time is limited. I would not have enjoyed these museums nearly as much without her. She also gave us recommendations for restaurants and other parts of the city that we might like to visit. I highly recommend

We loved the photos of Dresden (rubble) before and (reconstruction) after, which really helped us understand the architecture we were seeing.
