Hello dear Berlin Visitor, I’m Nadav Jacob, I am living in Berlin for the last 13 years. During this time, I had the privilege of guiding tourists and groups from all over the world, taking them to an exciting journey through the past, present, and future of Berlin and Germany. Berlin is a city full of life and rich in history. From it's vibrant restaurants, bars, and clubs, to the profound historical events of the 20th century, Berlin has something for everyone. From Imperial Germany to the Nazis and the Second World War, to the Cold War era and the division of the city by the Berlin Wall, the city’s history touches us all. I’d love to take you through the key moments and events that shaped our modern world. Along the way, I’ll share captivating stories, funny anecdotes, and interesting facts, while recommending the best spots for leisure and showing you around one of the largest and most vibrant cities in the EU today. A bit about me: I’m a PhD student researching society and the internet. Originally from Israel, I fell in love with Berlin and decided to stay, learning about its history and exploring the fascinating stories that make this city unique. What to expect on the tour: A comprehensive overview of Berlin’s highlights and Main Sites Fun and informative historical stories, tailored to your interest Recommendations on what to do, where to go, and tips that can save you time and money A personalized experience, with careful attention to your unique needs and expectations I’d also be happy to assist you via WhatsApp before and after the tour for any questions, directions, or advice about your trip in the city. Feel free to contact me in advance if you have any questions before booking. Namaste!

Jews were spread worldwide after being exiled from their land. Many settled in central Europe, staying steadfast in keeping their old faith and customs amid constant persecutions. Germany, including Berlin, excluded the Jews from daily life, but they insisted to integrate and eventually received full rights as citizens. From isolated ghettos and communities, they climbed to an influential social positions in the economy, science, culture and the new emerging democratic politics of Germany until the Nazis took power. The tour will tell the story of the Jewish community in Berlin and Germany and the Nazi attempt to eradicate them from Europe. This tour has special meaning for me as I descended from European Jews and I find interest in the history of the Jews in Europe and Berlin. I would love to share this knowledge and take you trough this fascinating historical experience.
