Private tour to Alexandria from Cairo

Ereen was our guide for a fantastic two-day excursion away from our cruise ship, and she exceeded all of our expectations. Her planning, knowledge, and dedication made this the absolute highlight of our trip. The first day was focused on the incredible Pyramids and surrounding area. The next morning, Ereen and her driver picked us up from the hotel at the base of the pyramids for transfer back to Alexandria. We visited the fascinating Catacombs, the main temple of Alexandria, the stunning modern Bibliotheca Alexandria, and the historical Graeco-Roman Museum. Ereen expertly paced the day, making sure we saw the key sites without ever feeling rushed. Her arrangements for transport and her thoughtful planning allowed us to see a tremendous amount in a short time. We definitely recommend her and will absolutely reach out to her for any future tours in the area. She is simply the best!

This is a great full day tour. Definitely worth doing if you have an extra day in Egypt. Our tour guide Ereen and our driver Mohsen were excellent. Having a tour guide and driver in Egypt is definitely the way to go as the roads are very busy and complicated. Ereen is very knowledgeable, easy to understand and flexible. We had three small children and elderly parents travelling with us and she allowed for extra time to accommodate bathroom trips, time in gift shops and countless stops to take pictures of the dogs and cats around Egypt. Great trip. The minibus was comfortable and we felt safe during the entire 7 days we spent in Egypt.

Ereen is one of the best tour guides we have ever had. She is a perfectionist, so well organized, ensures that she has a most wonderful driver at all times and our day in Alexandria ran like clockwork. Her English is perfect and she is most knowledgeable.

A long but very interesting day in Alexandria. Ereen clearly knows this city extremely well and did a great job of showing us all the key highlights. It is a city so full of history but a lot of it is concealed and needs drawing out to bring it to life - something Ereen did expertly throughout the day. The new library - slightly to our surprise - was a real highlight and definitely worth including...

Great overnight tour of Alexandria! Ereen was extremely knowledgeable, personable and flexible. She was very open to questions about anything. We really can't say enough about her. She and the driver Hany [sp?] were very considerate of our mobility issues. (We both use canes.) The van was very comfortable and huge for 2 people. I'm glad that we did it in 2 days. We got to see more and it was far more relaxing. The drive from Cairo was 2.5-3 hours each way!
