A Cairo layover isn't enough time to see the Great Pyramid — unless you have an Egyptologist who builds the whole day around your flight

Tarek is an amazing tour guide who truly went above and beyond. He picked us up at the airport with snacks and water waiting, and communication with him was excellent from the start. He is incredibly knowledgeable about Egypt and was happy to answer all of our questions. He even took us to a fantastic local restaurant on the way to our hotel, which was such a fun experience. I highly recommend Tarek to anyone visiting Cairo—he is knowledgeable, friendly, and made our trip so memorable!

We had 10 hour layover in Cairo and Tarek made our visit absolutely spectacular. He was super easy to communicate with ahead of the tour and answered all my questions. On the day of our tour, everything flowed exactly as promised - from the Plateau of Giza and pyramid tours, to the museum, lunch and the felucca ride on the Nile Along the way he was incredibly informative and his deep knowledge of the area and its history was extensive. He answered our endless questions and filled in additional information we didn’t even think to ask. An exceptional guide that I would highly recommend.

Tarek was prompt, informative and very friendly. Took care of us amazingly and transformed our visit into something particularly special. He helped us negotiate with the locals and made sure we were safe etc. Lunch was fantastic and the drive back to the airport was great fun... although just a normal drive for Tarek.

The guided tour was well-organized and ran smoothly. The guide was excellent and shared the history with genuine passion.

We had a great time on our tour with Tarek, he was incredibly passionate and great fun to be around for the day! Tarek suggested various options to suit our needs and adapted the tour as we went through the day. We really enjoyed the camels at the pyramids and going inside the great pyramid too (what an experience). The driver was fantastic at navigating the hustle and bustle of Cairo. Lunch was enjoyed by all, lots of options for veggies too! Great day all round, would definitely recommend!
