She is very knowledgeable, friendly, caring and patient. Her explanations were clear and engaging, and she was always ready to answer our questions. Ereen adapted seamlessly when my son translated into Turkish for part of our group, ensuring everyone felt included. We especially appreciated the perfect balance between guided information and free time to explore and take pictures. It was a memorable and beautifully organized day. An absolutely amazing day with Ereen - the planning was perfect, tickets prepurchased and leaving Cairo early meant that were at the sites of Dahshur, Memphis and Saqqara before the crowds. Ereen's clearly knows the topics really well and was able to impart the right amount of knowledge - it felt more like a conversation with a friend. Going inside the step pyramid was amazing, as was the inside of Mereruka's tomb. Ereen knew where to spend the time. We then travelled onto the Giza plateau and again Ereen was the perfect guide, esp when it came to where to be to take the best photos . It was a full day and was wonderful.

Ereen is a wonderful guide! She is very knowledgeable and did a great job of selecting the most important sites at the Saqqara complex, Dahshor, and the Memphis museum to give a complete but not overwhelming picture. Communication was clear and timely. Also, she is very kind, patient, and helpful. I could not imagine a better experience than the one we had with Ereen.

She shared her knowledge of the Pyramids and the Modern Egyptian Museum in a way that made each site interesting and informative - especially for a family with teens. Her warm demeanor made each one of us feel at ease, and she was always ready to answer our questions. Ereen also provided great recommendations for local food and attractions.
