We had an incredible experience in Egypt thanks to Emil! From the moment we arrived, he made our trip seamless, memorable, and stress-free. Emil was an incredible guide, teacher, and companion during our stay in Cairo! We had two days of tours with him where he shared his extensive knowledge of Egyptian history. We went to the Giza pyramids, the GEM, local papyrus/perfume artisans, local lunches, the Alabaster Mosque, the National Museum of Civilization, the Coptic Quarter, and finally the Khan-el-Khalili bazaar. We truly enjoyed spending both days with him and our driver. We were given water each time we got off and rode comfortably in a large van. Emil is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and funny! He is also an excellent photographer! We were sad to say goodbye at the end of our second day of touring. If you are looking for a local expert, Emil is your guy!! Emil is an excellent tour guide. He is very well organized and he responded quickly to all my questions and correspondence. There were 6 of us and he gave us a 2 day tour of the pyramids and Cairo. Each day, he also took us to great cultural lunch spots that we all very much enjoyed. Emil speaks great English and his driver was fantastic as well. He also arranged a Nile River dinner cruise for us that, quite honestly, was far better than we expected. I would highly recommend Emil for all your tours in and around Cairo.

Our tour was in German. Wir waren eine vierköpfige Familie (m40, f40, s14, t10) und alle restlos begeistert! Besonderer Dank geht an Emil, mit dem wir die Touren flexibel nach unserer jeweiligen Tagesform anpassen konnten – das war Gold wert. Das Essen war ebenfalls sehr gut. We had two wonderful days in Cairo with a perfectly organised guided tour of the museum and the pyramids. Our guide was knowledgable, friendly and brought Egypt’s history of the life with fascinating stories. Highly recommended!
