We also asked Nahla all about Egyptian culture, what else to see in Cairo, and where to eat. Nahla was so helpful in every respect. We learned so much from Nahla and had a wonderful time in Cairo. While in Egypt we had other guides in other cities and they were okay but Nahla was by far the best!

We spent a day with Nahla during our honeymoon exploring pyramids and absolutely loved each moment! She's seen these places so many times, yet her enthusiasm and enjoyment in sharing that was clear to see. She has a great eye for photography too and we came away with some great shots to remember the day by. On a more practical level we felt safe and well-looked after throughout with access to cold, bottled water whenever we needed it and a modern, air-conditioned car driving us from place to place. She was an expert in shielding us from unwanted attention and the tour only included what we wanted. I suffer from exhaustion easily, but this was well paced and I was able to rest in the car in between sites. so I could get the most out of the day.

Our day visiting the pyramids with Nahla was very memorable - it felt much more like going around with a friend than a tour guide. Our young daughter loved the fact that Nahla brought food to feed many of the stray dogs living around the sights, it kept her very busy and engaged throughout the day. We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly all along the Giza plateau, visiting a local bakery and ending the afternoon at Saqqara- Nahla provided great context and guidance all along the way.
