The Pyramids of Giza are photographed by millions — but very few visitors actually leave understanding what they're looking at

We totally enjoyed our day with Tarek. He is not only very knowledgeable about Egyptian history, but is very personable and hospitable. He made sure at every step of our tour that we were getting all questions answered, we’re seeing all the sites we wanted to see and making sure we were all having a great time! I’ve never had a tour agent call the day after to see if there’s anything else you can do to help us while we were in his country, but Tarek did that. He is exceptional at what he does and we highly recommend him.

Very good tour and lots of historical information that was interesting. Also went to a local restaurant where the food was excellent.

Tarek provided a fantastic tour of the Giza pyramids, Sphinx, and associated monuments. He has a wealth of knowledge about ancient Egypt. His commentary, in impeccable English, about the times of the Pharoahs provided a me with a fuller appreciation and understanding about the Egyptian burial practices and beliefs. The included transportation was very comfortable. I recommend you bring some extra $USD to take a ride with a Bedouin to see the three pyramids from a unique vantage point.

Tarek is amazing. Articulate, accommodating and very friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. Knows everything you need to know, is honest in advising you what best to do and not to do and we left having had lots of fun and learning the basics as we embarked on the next stage of our trip to Luxor. Would highly recommend Tarek - and be sure to go out to the desert (on Tarek's wise counsel) to get those once in a lifetime panoramic pyramid shots! Shockran as we were taught!

This is a wonderful tour and Tarek is a fantastic guide. His knowledge of Ancient and present-day Egypt is impressive and he and his driver (Michael) were engaging and friendly for our entire trip. Tarek customized the tour based on our needs and ensured that we were prepared for each step of the program. Me and my partner did a tour of the Pyramids with Tareq and his driver Michael. It was money well spent, Tareq's knowledge of Ancient Egypt is extensive. His delivery of the tour was fascinating and comprehensive, while being tailored to what we asked for.
