Egypt's Saqqara & Dahshur Pyramids - full Day Tour with Private Transportation

The Saqqara Pyramid, the oldest complete stone structure in the world, was designed by a very famous and respected architect, Imhotp, who is even mentioned in the popular movie The Mummy Returns. In the same area, you'll also have the opportunity to go inside other pyramids (which I highly recommend), where you'll get to see their own sacred scriptures, called Pyramid Text. The Dahshur Pyramids were built by father of Keops, the owner of the Great Pyramid in Giza, which goes to show that these are older than the Giza Pyramids. The Dahshur Pyramids actually served as an architectural reference to build all the pyramids that came after them, so it's of incredible significance to see the first actual carried out attempts to make a triangular pyramid, one of these being the actual oldest in the world. One of these pyramids, which we call "the bent one", was actually closed for 40 years, and after it opened I had the wonderful opportunity to enter inside it, which I will never forget (or perhaps even do again).

-We will start our day picking you from your accomodation or preferred point in Cairo or Giza. -We will then go in a scenic drive with beautiful green landscapes besides us, until we reach our first stop. -Our first stop will be the Saqqara pyramid, where we will marvel at it from the outside. -We will then have the opportunity to go inside one of the pyramids next to it. -Next, we will also have the chance to go inside a Mastaba, one of the noble tombs. -Then we will drive for around 20 minutes to see the first of the Dahshur Pyramids, the Bent one. You will decide if you want to go inside any of the Dahshur pyramids or not, but bare in mind you have to bend to go inside any of them. -Afterwards, we'll drive to the Red pyramid. -We will stop for lunch in between(optional) -At the end of the the day trip, we will drop you in your preferred spot, such as your lodging.
