Cairo in 3 Days – with a Woman’s Touch

Our three days with Nahla was the best of all our time in Egypt. We were a group of four friends who hired her for a customized Cairo 3-day city tour ahead of our organized group tour. Nahla is experienced, organized, and very knowledgeable--everywhere we went she added a richness of depth and understanding. She was forever passionate about her teachings. She spoke excellent English, was communicative, articulate, and professional. Nahla was also fun to be around and sensitive to our needs making her 100% accommodating and flexible. The tour included an additional driver, so all her time with us was about the history, culture, and sites while the driver managed the traffic. This woman is a true marvel and we were absolutely thrilled and honored to have found her.

We had a wonderfult time touring Cairo & Alexandria with Nahla. Nahla is first and foremost a very friendly and enjoyable person to be with. She is knowledgeable and passionate about her country. As an educated Egyptologist, she not only has detailed information about each historical site but has developed her own opinions about their significance and relevance. I felt like we went to every place in Cairo that we wanted to see in 3 days and more! She employs excellent drivers as well. Highly recommended.

Nahla was an amazing tour guide. She was extremely knowledgeable about Egypt, its culture and all the key monuments we visited. We learned a lot on our four day tour which was customised for us. Every request (e.g. to eat certain food or buy certain items) was fulfilled. We had two kids (aged 8 and 4) and Nahla was great with them. She had a driver with her who was expert at driving and navigating through the crazy traffic and driving in Cairo. We always felt safe no matter where we went. A+!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 days with Nahla. She is very sensitive to the needs of her clients, has a good sense of humour and is very accommodating. One unique and worthwhile part of her tour was the visit to the "Garbage City", which we agreed should really be called the "Recycling City". Amazing that half a million Coptic Christians live, work and play here and provide such a great service to Cairo.

Spending our first days of our trip with Nahla's Cairo tour was a perfect immersion into Egyptian history and culture. Nahla is a wonderful blend of historian, conversationalist and humanitarian. Nahla's deep experience as a guide shows. She was flexible and adapted to our interests. We came away from Cairo not only with a background in ancient history, but an understanding of contemporary Egyptian life.

Nahla was PHENOMENAL! Our favorite Egyptian guide whom I have already connected to several of my friends. She exceeded our desires and expectations. She treats you like family, so loving, kind and helpful. We miss her so much already. We learned so much. You must book her immediately!
