Hi I'm Gabriel, born '71, I've lived in Copenhagen for almost 20 years and I am a Danish citizen, I know my way around my city. It's a beautiful place, and I'm really looking forward to introducing you to its rich and varied life and history. Maybe you've always wanted to visit Copenhagen, perhaps you have something in mind that you particularly want to see. Well, that's absolutely no problem. I'm here to help and give you the best time I possibly can. Get in touch, and we'll tailor a tour just for you. In Copenhagen, everything is within reach. It's easy to get around the city by bike, but if you prefer I'm happy to transport you by car. If you're planning to spend a few days here, I'd strongly suggest that you consider travelling further afield, and I'm happy to organise a day trip that can take in any number of historic sites and attractions. There are Viking remains and ships, Hamlet's Castle and various Royal Palaces all within easy reach. We can even pop across the channel to Sweden! I'm a licensed Tour Guide, educated at Roskilde University, with 15 years' experience conducting tours within museums and attractions and throughout the Copenhagen itself. It's my city, and I love showing it off. I look forward to sharing it with you. Place to visit: Copenhagen, Roskilde, Malmo, Lund. . . Official Tourist Guide Diploma from the University of Roskilde (2015); More than 15 years experience as a guide in Copenhagen Qualified sightseeing driver; Student at Danish Technical University (DTU) Transport Engineering I'm able to guide you anywhere in the Copenhagen area without restriction. However, if you want to visit Christiania, I'm only able to transport you but not to guide you as the residents of Christiania only allow tours conducted by their own guides.

Overview of your Copenhagen tour

How much can you see in one day? Don't worry we won't be rushing, and we'll definitely ensure that your delivered back to the airport in good time to catch your onward flight. But there's still a lot you can see in the course of a day, if that's what you want to do. The tour is designed to take you right around major Danish cultural and historic sights. From the seats of royal and ecclesiastical power in Copenhagen and the historic Capital of Roskilde - to viking ships recovered from the mud of Roskilde Fjorde, it's your opportunity to get an insight into the history of this once warlike and now welcoming country. The tour is highly flexible, and if you have a particular area of interest (perhaps you have ancestors from the region) or some sight you've heard of and particularly want to see, just let me know.

Gabriel should be your go to guide if you visit Copenhagen! Our group of six spent a full day with him, covering so many of the sites of Copenhagen and the surrounding region. The pace was perfect and he was great at reading his audience and catering to our likes. One of the best tour guides we have ever used!

Outstanding tour and guide. Gabriel was extremely helpful and covered everything we wanted, plus. He gave some great recommendations for after the tour. Only point to improve: we missed him in baggage pickup because we expected to see a sign with our name. Recommend that in future. We called on INFORMATION phone and got together. Canal tour at your expense (as stated in web site) is not to be missed.

Gabriel our guide arrived early provided call & text specific communications on where he was parked outside of the cruise port, what he was wearing, and his phone number. Gabriel went above and beyond to ensure we saw as much of Copenhagen as possible, transporting us to and from each location with driving expertise and skills. At each of our tour locations he provided history, took family photos, and answered any questions we had. He was our best guide we had out of our whole trip!! Highly recommend!!!

Your Copenhagen tour itinerary

I can pick you up from the airport or your cruise ship when you land, and provide a full tour of Copenhagen including a museum or a visit to the royal palaces, trips to the major city center tourist sites like the Little Mermaid and Tivoli, and the opportunity for an excursion further afield to the charming Danish fishing village of Dragør, the country's historic capital Roskilde. A typical tour could look like this: - Copenhagen city center (Little Mermaid, Rosenborg Palace, Amelienborg Palace, Tivoli Gardens 3 1/2 hours (approx) - Dragør fishing village (1 hour) - Roskilde Cathedral and the Viking Ship Museum (2 hours)
