Hej! Discover Copenhagen with me, an authorized guide with over 10 years of experience in the industry. My name is Lavinia, I was born and raised in Italy, but moved to Denmark in 2014. When I first came here I was an outsider looking in, as you are perhaps, and I would love to guide you in understanding this wonderful country. Copenhagen is known for its fairytale atmosphere, and together we will discover its history, from a Viking kingdom, to the modern country that it is today. We'll explore the everyday life of the Danes and we will try to unlock the secret to why Denmark is often ranked as one of the happiest countries in the world. I particularly love modern architecture and city planning, as well as royal history and visiting museums. A little bit about me - I was born in Italy and I have always loved traveling and experiencing new cultures. After finishing my studies in Italy, I moved to Copenhagen and I made it my home. I started working with the tourism industry in 2016, as a guide for cruise ship guests, and I quickly realized that I loved learning about the history of my adoptive country and sharing it with my guests! In 2020 I obtained my diploma for becoming a licensed tour guide in Denmark from Roskilde University. Since then I've been working with my own company "Copenhagen with Lavinia", catering to all types of clients from big groups, company trips, to individual travelers and families. I'm so happy to help anyone who wants to discover this beautiful country! I love creating personalized itineraries and I'm always available for customizing your tour. I love the relaxed Danish way of life, and living in a city that has so much to offer, yet is still easy to navigate on foot or by bicycle. Copenhagen has the best museums, art galleries, vintage shops, bakeries. . . I just love everything about it and I know you will too! Authorized tourist guide from Roskilde University (2020). 10 years guiding experience. BA in Intercultural Communication and Interpreting from Bologna University. MA in Language Sciences and Language Teaching from Ca' Foscari University in Venice. I guide in English and Italian. Guida in italiano a Copenaghen - scrivimi per qualsiasi domanda o informazione.
