My name is Marianne. I am passionate about the capital Copenhagen and the surrounding regions. I love to experience the past and the present of the capital's cultural and creative hub. My aim is to give a happy, informed and memorable experience. My tours have a focus on the old and new Copenhagen: the history and the architecture, the design and the art, the green spots and the oases, the people and the Danish Lifestyle. I have a lot of insight and knowledge about the different neighborhoods and the diversity of Copenhagen. Also, I offer a variety of tours outside Copenhagen. The tours might therefore also include cycling or using public transportation and walking. Hiring a van or a limousine are also a possibility. I have lived in Dallas for 6 months and one year in Singapore with my family and I have a great knowledge to similarities and differences between Danish, American and Asian culture. I have always loved traveling and exploring new cultures. I am curious about life and think the meeting with different cultures enrich your life. Key words: Fun, happiness, inspiring, hidden gems, local, international, cosy, sustainable, innovative, pleasure and unforgettable. P. S. All my tours can be customized and I am flexible. - Authorised tourist guide from Roskilde University - M.A. Experience Management. Under Danish law, I cannot act as a driver whilst guiding. Walking Tours and Bike Tours can be arranged for up to 15 people. Other tours can be arranged for up to 45 people.

If you wish to explore Danish Design, which was developed in mid-20th century, this is the tour for you. For years Danish designers had lived in the shadows of modern masters like Arne Jacobsen and Verner Panton. Today this has radically changed, and the design scene is again flourishing. Design plays a big role in Danish culture and in Copenhagen and we will visit The Danish Design Museum (closed on Mondays) and explore the danish Design Tradition for craftsmanship. We will also visit the showrooms/stores and show you examples of the Danish Design tradition. Our tour will take you through green, urban cityscapes and the beautiful neighbourhood of the historic parts of town. Also we promise that beside a great design- and shopping experience we will tell you all we know about Copenhagen's trendy spots.
3 hour tour in Copenhagen with your private authorised and licensed guide. Only for you and your group. Inside visit - Danish Design Museum (Closed on Mondays) - Design Showroom/ Stores - Bredgade Art Galleries Explore - The Kings New Square - Bredgade mansions - New Harbour - Sankt Annæ Square Notice that I am available for a customised tour according to your requests and interests.
