Welcome! My name is Carolina, and I’m originally from Argentina with Italian roots. I’ve been living in Denmark since early 2016. I came here as a tourist and fell in love with this beautiful country, its colorful houses, and its fascinating Viking history. My background is in graphic design, but I’ve always loved architecture thanks to my father, who is an architect. Since I was a child, I’ve enjoyed learning about the details and stories behind buildings. Now I’m married to a Dane and have two young children, which has immersed me deeply in Danish culture. I love sharing the fascinating anecdotes, traditions, and experiences I’ve discovered along the way. I’m particularly passionate about the history of Danish kings and queens, the stories of Viking ships, and the rich traditions of this ancient kingdom. Denmark is full of unique details that I can’t wait to share with you. One of my favorite things when traveling is trying local food. I am Celiac myself, and I am happy to recommend safe and great options adapted to food allergies and sensitivities. If you would like to customize a tour, let me know, and I will be happy to create an experience tailored to your interests! Would you like to discover Denmark with me? Write to me, and let’s explore together!

Lets step away from the vibrant city streets and travel to Dragør, one of Denmark’s best preserved and most charming historic fishing villages. It is one of my personal favorite places. Located on the coast of Amager, this idyllic seaside enclave offers a peaceful journey back in time, making it the perfect place to experience the unique atmosphere of a small Danish harbor town. As we stroll through its narrow cobblestone alleys, we will admire picturesque 18th century yellow houses adorned with vibrant flowers, historic details, and traditional thatched roofs. Along the way, we will pass Store Magleby Church, introducing the fascinating story of how Dutch farmers settled in the area centuries ago. Down by the harbor, we will trace Dragør’s transformation into a major medieval fishing hub driven by the lucrative herring trade, take in panoramic views of the sea and the iconic Øresund Bridge, and discover the inspiring secrets of the village's WWII history.
Suggested places we will visit: - Store Magleby Church - Dragør Village - Dragør Harbor - Øresund Bridge Viewpoint

Please note that the terrain is varied, ranging from cobblestone streets to gravel paths in the town area. I recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes for the day.
