However, please note that due to a recent medical operation that prevents me from driving for 12 months, I will not be able to deliver vehicle based tours until November 2026 I can also develop multi-day tour itineraries to places such as the Victorian Alps, Bendigo, and the magnificent paddle steamers on the Murray River at Echuca, Wilsons Promontory, and Walhalla historic gold mining town nestled deep in the Great Dividing Range. This tour allows you to explore the Great Ocean Road, 12 Apostles and Grampians at leisure and visit a 19th century gold rush town. This area has been my stomping ground for over 60 years and I know every nook and cranny See the 12 Apostles in the setting sun, and next day, revisit the 12 Apostles in the morning light. Wander through the rugged Grampians Ranges to lookouts and waterfalls. View aboriginal rock art. Visit Sovereign Hill historic gold rush town and pan for gold and soak in the atmosphere. I can also prepare a quote for groups with more than 5 travellers.

Your Melbourne tour itinerary

DAY 1 Visit Erskine Falls OR Bells Beach,site of the world's longest running international surf competition. Enjoy the Great Ocean Road with stops along the way. Walk in the rainforest, or visit a lighthouse. View Loch Ard Gorge & 12 Apostles in the late afternoon sun. Take a helicopter ride along the stunning coast (optional) Overnight Port Campbell. DAY 2 Revisit 12 Apostles in the morning light View London Bridge, The Grotto, and the Bay of Islands. Lookout for whales (May - Oct) Visit an extinct volcanic crater. Overnight Halls Gap DAY 3 Tour the spectacular Grampians. Walk the Grand Canyon Loop. Visit Boroka Lookout, The Balconies, Reid's Lookout and McKenzies Falls View aboriginal rock art. Overnight Ballarat DAY 4 Visit Sovereign Hill gold rush town and Eureka Stockade, site of Australia's only civil rebellion Return to Melbourne by 1800 The itinerary may be changed or cancelled due to weather and road conditions.
