There's always more to a place than first meets the eye. My tours aim to bring you on a journey to the very core of what makes every place unique—the people, the stories and the local culture. On my tours, I aim for you to experience the unique beauty of nature and Melbourne's diverse culture. I always suggest the most popular itinerary first and listen to your preferences to craft a tailor-made tour for the best experience. A bit about me: I started guiding when I was a teenager from being mountain guide since then, I got more into tour guiding and have been a guide for more than 20 years now, I did tour guiding in Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Gold Coast, Brisbane and Cairns. - Accredited member of Tour Guides Australia - 20 years experience in tour guiding - Nominated by Lonely planet I can offer three different vehicle type. A clean new Toyota Camrt to make it more budget. For more luxury options or bigger groups I can offer an 8 seater Mercedes Benz Vito and a 12 seater Mercedes Benz Sprinter. I appreciate you letting me know with some notice.

Although I may be biased, I think that the Great Ocean Road is one of the most scenic drives in the world. This 243km stretch of road—just a one-and-a-half-hour drive from Melbourne CBD— embodies everything you could hope for from an Australian road trip: picturesque coastline, rugged cliffs overlooking crashing surf, deserted white sand beaches, and ancient rainforest. And around each corner is a new, breathtaking view over the Southern Ocean. What to Expect? - A fully organised trip so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride (and views!) worry-free. -A coastal drive along the famed surf coast of Victoria with stops at notable sites. - Lunch in the seaside town of Apollo Bay, where you'll be spoilt for choice of fresh regional products. You can even sample vegemite ice cream! - A walk through an ancient rainforest filled with eucalyptus and fern trees. - Stunning views over the Twelve Apostles rock formations and coastal Loch Ard Gorge.

We had a well organized tour with Ben. It’s a long day, but the dramatic scenery makes it worthwhile. Ben factored in stops at various points to ensure an enjoyable tour. He’s good at spotting wildlife as we saw koalas and kangaroos. The short walk in the rainforest was very informative. He even sent us tips on what to see in Melbourne the next day. If you’d like to see the Great Ocean Road with a knowledgeable guide, we highly recommend Ben.
I really enjoyed my time with Ben. It's a long day, but, he broke it up with stops at various viewpoints and other interesting sights. It was stunning scenery. Don't miss visiting this area when you're in Melbourne and use Ben as your guide!
The great ocean tour with Ben was a very long day, but Ben carried us through it well and it was worth it! The coastline is ruggedly beautiful, the short walk in the rainforest enjoyable & informative, and the 12 apostles ,Loch Ard Gorge and the Razorback were quite impressive. Ben chose a cozy stop at split point lighthouse for coffee and breakfast & also stopped in Apollo Bay for lunch, though we were so full from breakfast that we only ate the ice cream at the shop Ben suggested – I think it was the best ice cream I’ve ever had! Ben is an amazing guide, thoughtful, respectful, attentive to our needs, knowledgeable and in two days became our friend. His humor and manner of gently engaging with us was comfortable and considerate. We will be recommending him to anyone coming to Melbourne and will remember our days with him warmly and fondly! Thank you, Ben for sharing your time w/ us!
Beautiful full day on the Great Ocean Road with Ben. Very insightful on the history and landmarks. Great nature spotter; helped us find a couple groups of kangaroos and 4 koalas, kookaburras etc! 🐨 Also, Ben helped tailor the tour to what we wanted. We started early to be in front of the crowds and we were so grateful every time we saw a giant bus pull up with loads of people and we were leaving! Private tour is definitely the way to do this! 12 Apostles are much prettier in person. Thank you, Ben.
We had a wonderful day touring the great ocean road with Ben as our guide. We were very limited in our time and Ben met us at 6 am so we could get the most out of the day. He did a great job customizing the trip for us . We saw all the highlights without feeling rushed. He is very knowledgeable about Australia and we learned so much during our time with him. Very nice guy and we would highly recommend any tour with him.
