Ultimate food and wine experience in charming Yarra Valley
Overview of your Melbourne tour
On this tour, I aim to give you a great taste of Australian wine while you enjoy beautiful nature, share many stories about the valley and help you make every drop count. Picturesque Yarra Valley, with more than 160 wineries, is the country's best food and wine region and home to a wide range of wineries, from small family-run to big internationally-owned ones. Out of ten years of experience, I carefully selected the wineries where wine has been the life passion of their owners to include them in my itineraries. Tastings will be from various classics such as Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir, Rose and sparkling. After hearing about your preferences, I will finalise your itinerary and take you to four wineries, each with a unique style. A tasty three-course lunch with a glass of wine will be provided while you enjoy the panoramic view. If you like to taste local gins or beer, we can include a distillery and/or a brewery in the itinerary.
Your Melbourne tour itinerary
- One hour to one hour and fifteen minutes drive from Melbourne to the first winery - One hour stop at first winery and travel time in between the wineries 15 minutes - Two hour stop for second winery and lunch - One hour stop for third and fourth winery - Optional 20 minutes stop at chocolatery and ice creamery - One hour and fifteen minutes drive back to Melbourne. I will provide a private vehicle depending on the group size; on default, up to 3 people will have my comfortable Toyota Camry, for 4-6 people or if you would like a more luxury experience I will provide a Mercedes Benz Vito 8 seater, for more than 6 guests Van. If you need any specific car, let me know. The car upgrade might have an additional charge and is subject to availability.
