This all-inclusive tour will not only take you to well-known locations such as London Bridge, Loch Ard Gorge and the iconic Twelve Apostles, but also a number of lesser known, less crowded but equally beautiful locations - including a secret location or two!

I have done this tour many times over the years, allowing me to make improvements and adjustments. Currently, I do the tour in an efficient manner reducing time on unnecessary driving allowing greater time to visit more locations while avoiding large crowds. Since this is a private tour we take breaks when required, such as when we see wildlife.

The default start time for this tour is 10am, however, since this is a private tour it is possible to customise the starting time to suit your preferences

Geelong is Victoria's second largest city and the gateway to the south west coast where the best of the state's natural scenery beckons you.

Your tour begins with a drive around some of Geelong's key attractions in the city and along the waterfront.  We then take the quieter roads around the sleepy beach towns of the Bellarine Peninsula and meet the wild coast of Bass Strait at Queenscliff.

Join the Great Ocean Road at Torquay and venture down the best part of this stunning route, squeezed between the pristine sand and pounding waves on one side and towering rocky mountain cliffs, creek crossings and forest gullies on the other.  Our furtherest point west is Lorne, the 'up market' seaside resort that Melburnians flock to during summer. We allow time here for a beach or forest walk and a lookout or two.

Loop through the Great Otway National Park and the contrasting flat volcanic plains on the return trip to Geelong.

We take the most direct route avoiding traffic and large crowds which allows us extra time for experiences and visiting locations. As with all my other tours, this one is not rushed and we take breaks when needed, such as to stop to view wildlife, or if you need to go to the toilet.

Join me on an extended 2 Day Tour of the fabulous Great Ocean Road including the Otway Food Trail where you can experience some great local food and drink from a range of small niche producers.

Having lived along the road for more than a decade, I know all the twists and turns of the road, the best vantage points, the best viewing spots for wildlife and the best local food produce in the area, to make sure you get the best possible tour experience.

I will guide you through many different terrains visiting lookouts, rock formations (i. e. 12 Apostles), rainforests, waterfalls, secluded beaches, passing by small characterful coastal towns whilst stopping off at various locations to spot kangaroo's, koalas & parrots in the wild, whilst stopping along the way to sample local produce.

I take guests down onto this beach. It has some amazing history - home to a ship wreck with just 2 survivors, who were both washed ashore at this exact beach. I will tell you the tale......and then you can google it if you don't believe me ;)

I choose the most scenic route back to Melbourne. It takes 10 minutes more than the freeway, but it is worth every second...... Having lived in the area for over a decade, I know all the special roads free of tourist traffic.
