Enjoy a Full One day (11 hours) of Phillip Island as we meet some of Australia's native wildlife, including Kangaroo, Wallabies, koalas, and of course, the Little Fairy Penguins. I have a set itinerary, but this is YOUR tour and it can be adapted to suit your interests on the day.

I will pre-pay for ALL the attractions that you visit during the entire day, including :

Churchill Island's Heritage Farm - Visit the island's oldest historic homestead and botanic garden (NOTE: seasonal only)

Koala Conservation Centre - Learn about these icons of Australia, via a series of tree-top boardwalks.

Nobbies centre - Coastal Boardwalk and home of Australia's largest seal population.

Penguin Parade - A General Viewing Ticket is Supplied. I will also provide a cushion, a warm blanket, and Binoculars.

(You will visit some other incredible sports on the island, for some real-life wild animal spotting)

This is a pretty good tour if you want to see koala's up close in a semi-wild setting. We will also keep a look out for them in the wild on the island as well.

We start the tour on Churchill Island (a famous Heritage Farm) where you visit the island's first original homestead (seasonal)

Then, following some wild wallaby spotting in a secluded forest area, The Koala Conservation Centre is next, where you can learn about these icons of Australia, after which, we visit the Nobbies boardwalk, home of Australia's largest seal population

And finally, we arrive at the Penguin Parade, the highlight of the tour, where we will await the arrival of the little fairy penguins

I will then drop you back off at your cruise ship terminal

The Penguin Parade - this is the highlight! But I will enhance it a bit, by giving you a cushion, warm blanket and binoculars. I recommend upgrading your ticket type. Please note that I only charge you exactly what you would normally pay for the upgrade, if you were doing it yourself. I don't mark up the prices. I just want you to have the best experience. Please discuss this with me prior to booking so I can advise. it does need to be booked in advance as these tickets are limited.

Phillip Island & The Penguin Parade, Shore Excursion

Join me on a half day tour (6 hours) of Phillip Island from your Cruise Ship terminal, as we view some of Australia's native wildlife, including Kangaroo's, Wallabies, Koala's and of course, the Little Fairy Penguins.

This tour gives you a general introduction to the island and the island's 'best bits'.

We stop for a short nature walk to search for wild wallaby spotting in a secluded forest location. You will visit The Koala Conservation Centre, where you can learn about these icon's of Australia, and then visit the Nobbies centre (& boardwalk), home of Australia's largest seal population.

I always like to mention a few key facts about the conservation that happens on the island every day, as its a big part of the island sustainability. The Nature Parks (who are in charge of these efforts) have reached some incredible milestones in recent years. I volunteer on the island every year so have first hand knowledge of their ongoing conservation programme.

The Penguin Parade! In the photo, you will see 2 of the upgrade options available. Below, the 'Underground bunker' which is limited to 150 people and above, 'Penguins Plus' which is limited to 300 people. To give you an idea of the scale of the venue, the general viewing area has a capacity of 2,000 and often sells out during the popular summer months (January and February).

On the extended tour, you have the opportunity to see the 'Pelican Parade' where angry local Pelicans converge on the same spot that they have been converging on, every day of the year for the past 30 years! Like clockwork!!

This is the Pinnacle walk on Phillip Island. If you would like a guided walk, I'm happy to oblige and take you on some of my favourite walks on the island.

if you wish to include a helicopter joy flight around the island, please let me know in advance so I can set it up with the local chopper company. I'm happy to discuss any of these options prior to booking.

Perfect place for wildlife watching away from the crowds. I bring binoculars so you can really zoom in on the incredible local birdlife.

Another of my favourite short-walks on the island. This is just a 20 minute return walk to a stunning lookout.

Heading off on a walk to the Pinnacles. This is a 45 minute walk (or a longer 90 version if preferred) if you wish to include this as part of your tour.
