I love getting out and about in my city of Melbourne. I love classic cars - finding them, restoring them, driving them and sharing them. I love meeting people - from all walks of life. And I love the prospect of creating individual tour and travel experiences that combine all of these things! Having travelled a good deal overseas, nationally, interstate and regionally I have come to appreciate the difference that local knowledge and a unique perspective via private touring can give to a holiday or celebration experience - and I have been developing my skills as an operator now for several years . . . changing hats from being a customer to becoming a host. :) By way of background, I strive to enjoy a world full of meaning, value, joy, humour and richness through the things I do and the people I spend time with . . . and this goes to being in the outdoors; enjoying a good meal and nice wine (also whisky after hours); discussing the ways (good and bad) of the world; staring up at the sky or out at the ocean; hanging about with my family, friends and neighbours; or simply reading the newspaper or a decent book. And, of course, finding a little time each week to have a wrench in my hand! My aim is to provide interesting, unique, relaxed (cruise), fun and informative experiences for my guests. I look forward to seeing you on the road!

A classic car tour for the senses: food, art, drink, views … and some fresh sea air. The Mornington Peninsula is home to boutique agriculture and hobby farms, beach-side holiday nooks and get-away locations, family recreation and culinary experience. It is the ultimate tree or sea change location from Melbourne, all to be enjoyed inside a day-trip from the city cruising in a classic mid-fifties Chevrolet coupe. Your party of four can be collected from city hotels or a Carlton café for a private tour driven by your host, John F. - local Chevrolet enthusiast and drive-to location expert. Enjoy delightful rural scenery, cool old school music, curated stops and visits, photo opportunities, the experience of cruising in a big ol' American car, a good bit of chit chat and the general feeling of being looked after with courtesy, attention and style.
A typical 'Mornington Peninsula tour can include: > CBD/Carlton (departure coffee) > EastLink (roadside sculptures) > Arthur's Seat Road and Port Phillip Bay lookout > Moonlit Sanctuary (Australian native animals) > Main Creek Road and Shands Road forest scenery > Montalto Vineyard - wine tasting, lunch and sculpture park > Red Hill (lunch option) > Pt. Leo Beach > Merricks General Store > Rare Hare at Willow Creek (vineyard and cafe) > Brewery and distillery options > Port Phillip Bay coastal roads > Return. And really, with so many options available in the area the options and combinations for tours are endless! Some options change according to the days of travel.
