I love travelling! And that's why I've made of it my way of life. I'm a professional guide. Since 1999 I've been working in Salta, my birth place, and after that in the whole of Argentina, and in other countries, like Bolivia and Chile, South Africa, Namibia and Bostwana, until I've found my second home in Norway, where I spend half of the year. In the austral summers I'm in Argentina, ready to show the marvellous landscapes of the Argentinian Northwest. I work with a 4x4 car, and I love going out of the beaten paths, discovering hidden places, and taking the time to enjoy every single moment: a sunset, a glass of wine, a chat with a local person. During boreal summers I'm in Norway and I bike all over the amazing Oslo, to show travellers the most significant places: from the old city to the super modern new areas, from busiest working neighborhoods to relaxing green parks, from the main touristic attractions to the hidden spots where locals live, eat, work and have fun. I like sports. I believe that walking or biking gives you a much closer contact with the enviroment. You don't need to be a fit person, we can adapt the experience to all the levels, but I definitely suggest you to try it. The colors will seem stronger, you will feel the sounds, the smells, and the wind will stroke your face. I enjoy the contact with people, and I want to share what I've learned with you to help to make of your trip the best experience. Tourist Guide, registered in the Tourism Ministry of Salta. This trip is a combination of Humahuaca's Gorge, and Safari to the clouds, but with more time to add extra sights and activities. Two full days, plenty of changes, nature and ancient cultures. We'll go slower than regular tours, avoiding if possible other tourists, to make it more authentic. We'll travel from rainforest to dessert areas, in a unique landscape, rich in history and traditions, both aspects made it a UNESCO World Heritage site. The beauty of the colourful mountains and the huge open space of the high plateau are breathtaking. The towns are charming, and each of them has an attraction that makes them unique. Apart of the classic highlights, like the Seven colours mountain, the archeological site in Tilcara, the church of Uquia and Humahuaca city, Salinas Grandes salt flat and Toro's gorge, I'll take you to the amazing Hornocal range, and visit some special local artists if you are interested. All the tours can be combined with the others or tailor made if you have special requests!

This two day excursion to the hights of Salta Province was our second tour with Graciela, and it was every bit as exceptional as our first full day trip with her. She flexible, informative, conversant, patient and absolutely wonderful to work with. She made our visit to Salta one of the best experiences we have had in many many years of international travel!
Absolutely to recommend!!! Fantastic, knowledgeable and friendly guide, answering a variety of questions always with a smile. The tour is something special. The views are breathtaking.
Graciela is an amazing guide an helped us with requests way beyond expectations. She is a great guide, extremely amicable, and extremely knowledgeable of the area, and a library of knowledge. I cannot say enough to describe what a great guide she is. The Mountain of Seven colors in Jujuy is out of this world as is the the scenery on the way. I recommend Graciela as one of the best guides I have ever had, in our many trips to different places. Thank you Graciela for this most wonderful trip. THANKS
Graciela is extremely knowledgeable - I don't think we asked anything she could not answer. She accommodated our wishes and is very friendly. I would highly recommend any tour she hosts.
Graciela was an excellent guide and companion for the trip. She readjusted the tour to avoid crowds and utilize the changing weather in the various locations. Her hotel and restaurant recommendations were excellent. She provided excellent hiking opportunities. Her knowledge of the area, history, geology and biology was excellent. Strongly recommended.
