Hello, my name is Silvia and I've been working as a licensed tour guide since 2015. Welcome to my profile! I was born in Milan and I'm still living here with my family. After getting my Degree in Management of Arts and Cultural Heritage, I had my first experiences as a tour guide during an internship in a Milanese museum. I then understood that I wanted to transform my passion for art and tourism into a job so I decided to study to acquire a Tour Guide License. I'm passionate about Milan and I'm continuously studying to deepen my knowledge and continue to offer new tours to my guests. Milan is known as Italy's fashion capital but it has much more to offer. The city also has a rich artistic heritage: from remains of ancient roman buildings to incredible contemporary architecture. I love to share the history and culture of my hometown with people, and I would be glad to help you unveil the hidden treasures of my beautiful city. Being a true local, I can tell you a lot about everyday life here, about our traditions and dialects. I can also arrange day-tours to Monza, a city close to Milan which is famous for its Royal Palace and its big park. Master Degree in Management of Arts and Cultural Heritage, at Catholic University in Milan - 2011 Licensed Tour Guide since 2015 Member of GITEC (Guide Italiane Turismo e Cultura) I am not a driver. I can arrange for a separate car and driver.

This guide is highly recommended ! My expectations as to insight and information about this city and area was greatly exceeded by this guide. Silvia has a nice easy approach to providing a story about what you were viewing and openness to answering questions. This is in addition to the details she provided. In retrospect it would have been nice to take a longer tour...

Silvia was amazing as a guide. She was kind, compassionate, took the tour at the correct pace, and made all the necessary arrangements. Her insight at Chiesa di San Maurizio al Monastaro Maggiore were fabulous. Highly recormmend!!
