Milan and Monza Royal Villa & Gardens - Luxury Full Day Tour

Get ready for a double city tour of Milan and Monza, taking in their main highlights and iconic landmarks. We'll also visit the centre of fashion, finance and culture in a comfortable way, including a walk through the historic Sforza Castle, a symbol of power and prestige. As per Monza, we'll visit the impressive royal villa built for Archduke Ferdinand of Habsburg and his mother Maria Theresa of Austria, a neoclassical jewel nestled in a magnificent park. The villa and its magnificent gardens are among my all time favourite places: as an Art historian, I appreciate the graceful balance between the elegance of the building and the wild nature of the English garden. Moreover, it's also a venue connected to so many sweet childhood memories. . . Come on a full day of exploration and discovery with me!

·Our tour will begin once we meet at your hotel , after which our driver will take us to explore Milan's city centre. ·First, we'll visit The Duomo, Milan's Cathedral, taking in both its facade and interiors. Next, we'll proceed to explore the Gallery Vittorio Emanuele II. ·Afterwards, we'll pass by La Scala Opera House. ·What follows will be Piazza de' Mercanti. ·Finally, we'll see Sforza Castle and enjoy standing at its lovely courtyard. ·After this 3 hour tour of Milan, we'll head to Monza in a roughly half hour ride. ·On arrival, we'll see the Royal Villa and explore its gardens. ·After this unique experience surrounded by nature and beauty, our driver will take us back to your hotel in Milan. Weather: I run tours rain or shine, and most of my itineraries take place entirely or partially outside. Water, sunscreen and a hat are recommended in summer, as are warm layers in winter. Comfortable shoes are always advised.
